About the estate
The Cantina Kopp von der Crone Visini estate in Barbengo south of Lugano was created in 2006 through the merger of two wineries. The vineyard area covers seven hectares distributed across the Mendrisiotto, Luganese, and Bellinzonese regions. The estate exclusively processes its own grapes and places great emphasis on a gentle approach to nature and the promotion of biodiversity. The main grape variety is Merlot, complemented by other red and white varieties as well as fungus-resistant vines. Due to varying soil conditions, most vineyard sites are vinified separately.
The eno directory lists 10 wines, mostly from Viognier and Kerner.
