About the estate

The Cantina Ghidossi – Ghidossi Wine Group estate looks back on a family history that began with grandfather Silvio cultivating a small vineyard in Bellinzona. In 1992, Gianfranco Ghidossi founded the first winery at Monte Ceneri together with architect Aurelio Galfetti, later adding a new facility in Croglio. Across 1.7 hectares of vineyards, the estate cultivates vines to produce wines under the Ticino DOC denomination. The operational approach focuses on low yields and meticulous care, with winemaking now carried on by the third generation.
