The Cantina Fontechiara estate is a family-run winery located in the Colline Novaresi of Upper Piedmont, dedicated to the production of traditional wines. The vineyards are situated on acidic, ferrous, and morainic soils in Santa Cristina di Borgomanero and Bogogno, benefiting from a microclimate moderated by nearby lakes and mountains. Managed according to traditional methods, the vineyards avoid chemical treatments and focus on rigorous cluster selection to ensure high quality. The product range features native grape varieties such as Nebbiolo and Vespolina, which are vinified as varietal wines. Production follows the natural rhythms of the environment to create distinctive wines with low yields per hectare.
