Founded in 1979 by Mario Caramel, the Canevel Spumanti estate is located in Valdobbiadene in the heart of the historic region for Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG. The winery cultivates vineyards on steep hills dominated by the Glera grape variety, integrating the entire production chain from selection to vinification. Known for producing premium sparkling wines, the estate focuses on cru selections such as Faè alongside sustainable working methods. Since 2016, the winery has been part of the Masi Group, combining traditional values with advanced sparkling techniques. The portfolio features various classic and organic styles, including traditional bottle-fermented expressions.
