About the estate
The Caferro estate has its origins in the late 19th century when the grandfather acquired land on the slopes of the Euganean Hills, while the winery was officially established in 1950. Today, the estate cultivates a vineyard area of approximately twelve hectares in Vò situated on south-facing slopes, producing wines under the Colli Euganei DOC denomination. The grape variety portfolio includes international and indigenous varieties such as Fior d'Arancio and Raboso, alongside fungus-resistant PIWI varieties like Solaris. The working method combines traditional craftsmanship with modern oenology, featuring hand-harvested grapes and vinification in the estate's own cellar. The Ferasin family runs the winery across generations, placing great emphasis on sustainability and the preservation of historical vineyards.
