About the estate

The Buschenschank Biohof N°5 winery in Vienna was taken over by Oliver Kaminek in 2010 after a longer period of abandonment. Since 2011, the team has been operating an organic circular economy, cultivating just over twenty hectares of vineyards and agricultural land. In addition to arable farming and livestock breeding, the main focus is on viticulture, producing estate wines such as Wiener Gemischter Satz DAC, single-varietal white wines, natural wine, Zweigelt, and Frizzante. The products are available through direct farm sales, the online shop, and directly at the estate's own wine tavern. The winery is a certified organic member of Bio Austria.
