Founded in 2008 by Mathias and Cristina Brunner, the Brunner Weinmanufaktur winery is located at Eichberg on Lake Sempach in the canton of Lucerne. The estate cultivates 17.5 hectares of vineyards distributed across various sites in the cantons of Lucerne and Aargau. The grape variety portfolio includes Riesling, Grüner Veltliner, Pinot Noir, Merlot, and Blaufränkisch, among others. The vineyards are managed mechanically without herbicides, with certain parcels farmed according to organic guidelines. The harvested grapes serve as the basis for both approachable wines and distinctive single-vineyard bottlings.
