About the estate
The Borgo Macereto estate is located on the hills between Mugello and Valdisieve in Dicomano in Tuscany. The winery was acquired by the Foscarini family in 2014 and spans approximately 20 hectares of land, with six hectares dedicated to vineyards. The vineyards are planted with Sangiovese, Gamay, Pinot Noir, and various aromatic white grape varieties. The estate follows organic farming principles to produce wines under the Chianti Rufina DOCG and Toscana IGT denominations. In addition to winemaking, the property also produces organic extra virgin olive oil.

Armonico, fresco, spicca sul floreale rispetta al fruttato, ovviamente un bel vegetale ma molto fresco. Affinato soltanto in acciaio.
