About the estate
The Vicas winery operates as a cooperative cellar in the Chianti Rùfina area within the Florentine Valdisieve region. The history of the estate began in May 1964 with the establishment of the cooperative in Reggello, with its headquarters later located in Incisa Valdarno. During the 1970s, the area of influence expanded towards Pontassieve and surrounding zones. Through the entry of numerous new members, the cooperative base grew considerably, which increased production capacity. Today, the estate encompasses four hundred hectares of vineyards.
