The Bodegas José Cabestrero, S.L. winery was established in 1994 in Moradillo de Roa and operates within the Ribera del Duero DO denomination. Following initial plans for a wine geared towards the hospitality sector, the estate initially focused on viticulture and bulk wine sales to other cellars. With the incorporation of a new generation, the focus shifted towards limited production aimed at highlighting the uniqueness of the terroir.
