About the estate Since 2017, Blaise Hofmann has been cultivating a small family vineyard near Morges together with his father Walti. Chasselas, Gamay, and Garanoir thrive on one hectare of old vines planted in the 1990s. The parcels are mechanically weeded and have been in conversion to organic farming since 2024. Vinification is carried out by oenologist Rodrigo Banto at the Cave de la Côte. Additionally, a tasting room called Bibliotzet is located in Villars-sous-Yens for visitors.
