Based in Villigen in German-speaking Switzerland, the Besserstein Wein AG estate produces high-quality wines with a protected designation of origin. Elegance and aromatics characterize the aspired harmony of the wines, which are intended for a critical wine audience. Under the name Zeit, wines are produced through strict selection, aging in specially selected wood, and bâtonnage on the fine lees. The Stein Frucht line is created in the vineyard and cellar by innovative professionals with high quality standards. During the vinification process, current knowledge of modern oenology is utilized with minimal intervention.
