The Azienda Agricola Saracco estate cultivates vineyards in the municipalities of Castiglione Tinella, Santo Stefano Belbo, Castagnole Lanze and Calosso in Piedmont. Founded by the Saracco family, the winery focuses primarily on the Moscato Bianco variety. The soils consist of layers of sand, silt and limestone, providing ideal conditions for producing Moscato d'Asti. In addition to this traditional grape, varieties such as Pinot Noir, Riesling, Chardonnay and Barbera are also grown across the various single vineyards. The estate practices sustainable cultivation, adapting its methods to natural conditions and the annual climate.
