About the estate
The Azienda Agricola Salvadora estate was founded fifty years ago by Giuseppe Boron in Poviglio in Emilia-Romagna and is now run by the family in the third generation. The estate covers three hectares of vineyards dedicated to the organic cultivation of Lambrusco. The wine portfolio features different styles including Lambrusco Rosso, Lambrusco Rosato, and bottle-fermented Lambrusco Rosso Ancestrale. The complete production cycle combines traditional methods with modern approaches to ensure product quality. Regional rural development programs have supported investments in new equipment and vineyard establishment for the agricultural business.
