About the estate

The Apollonis Champagne Michel Loriot estate is located in Festigny in the Champagne region and looks back on a long family tradition dating back to the nineteenth century and earlier. Today, the winery is managed by the tenth generation and cultivates seven hectares of vineyards planted with a large majority of Meunier alongside portions of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. In both the vineyard and the cellar, the family combines traditional craftsmanship with distinctive methods such as the use of music to support vine resilience and during bottle aging. The portfolio features wines from the AOC Champagne denomination, produced with a strong commitment to quality and environmental standards.
