Antolini

About the estate

The Antolini winery is run by the brothers Pier Paolo and Stefano in the hilly area of Marano di Valpolicella, San Pietro in Cariano, and Negrar. Spanning a surface area of approximately 9 hectares at altitudes between 150 and 350 meters, the vineyards are cultivated on predominantly clayey soils. Traditional training methods such as the double pergola are employed alongside environmentally friendly integrated pest management. The estate has its own modern and traditional multi-level cellar completed in 2001, featuring facilities for grape withering, fermentation, and aging in barrels. The production focuses on indigenous grape varieties and the expression of the local terroir while respecting regional traditions.
