About the estate
The Albatreti estate has its origins in a farmhouse that once belonged to the grandparents of the founder's wife. In 1995, work began on the first densely planted vineyard plot known as Vigna fitta. Over time, the vineyard area has grown steadily alongside production. The name of the estate derives from the Tuscan word for the strawberry tree. The portfolio includes the designations Brunello di Montalcino DOCG and Rosso di Montalcino DOC.
