The Agrícola Ulldemolins cooperative was founded in 1953 in Ulldemolins in the Catalonia region. The primary activities of the estate have included the production and commercialization of oil and wine since its beginnings. Cellar machinery was installed in 1961, and the facilities were subsequently expanded and modernized through various projects over the following decades. Since the year 2000, the estate's wines have belonged to the Montsant DO denomination. Starting from the 2003 season, the cooperative began bottling its own wine with the support of an oenologist.
