Agricola Millami

About the estate

The Agricola Millami estate is located in Marsala on the western tip of Sicily and is operated as a family business. The roots of the enterprise date back to the early 1950s when the grandparents converted their grain farms into wine-growing estates. Covering approximately twelve hectares of vineyards distributed across eight different plots, the winery cultivates nine distinct grape varieties including Catarratto, Grillo, Nero d'Avola, and Nerello Mascalese. Farming follows the principles of sustainable agriculture featuring manual harvesting and minimal use of copper and sulfur. In the cellar, winemaking is handled artisanally using indigenous yeasts to reflect the character of the various terroirs.
