About the estate

The Abbaye de Salaz estate looks back on a centuries-old history and is currently run by the family in the third generation. The vineyards cover a contiguous area of four hectares on steep slopes characterized by limestone soils and a mild, foehn-influenced microclimate. Natural cultivation is carried out without synthetic pesticides and herbicides, supported by organic fertilization and natural grass cover. The grapes are rigorously sorted and harvested at optimal maturity. The management of the entire estate follows sustainable standards.
