About the estate
The 7-7pince estate manages a vineyard area of nearly one hectare in the Sopron region on soils consisting of clay, alluvial deposits and red gravel. The family-run business looks back on generations of tradition and relies on organic farming as well as preserving natural aromas without chemical agents. Cultivated grape varieties include Kékfrankos, Zweigelt, Merlot, Pinot noir and Chardonnay. Winemaking practices involve manual harvesting, spontaneous fermentation and maturation in wooden barrels or stainless steel tanks.
