About the estate

The Luka estate looks back on centuries of family tradition in winemaking and is located in Fertőrákos within the Sopron wine region. The vineyards cover three hectares on the ridge between Fertőrákos and Balf, where the unique microclimate near Lake Neusiedl provides favorable conditions. The cultivated grape varieties include Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Kékfrankos, Zweigelt, Merlot, and Turán. The winery combines traditional rules with modern technological methods and receives support from Tulok Rebeka as winemaker and plant doctor. The wines achieve success both domestically and internationally and are shaped by the influence of Austrian consultant Rudolf Krizan.

The eno directory lists 14 wines, mostly from Merlot and Zweigelt.
