L'azienda Deux Chevaux è stata fondata nel 2018 da Neemia Tialata e Camille Blanc a Ginestas nella regione della Linguadoca. La nascita della cantina deriva da un'amicizia nata a Tolosa e dal desiderio condiviso di produrre vini che riflettano i loro valori personali. L'azienda gestisce 15 ettari di vigneti situati tra Ginestas, Canet d’Aude e Argeliers. L'approccio vitivinicolo comprende viti di proprietà familiare tradizionalmente vendemmiate a mano. La vinificazione viene effettuata con il supporto di cantine cooperative per le denominazioni AOC Corbières e IGP Pays d'Oc.
