Über den Betrieb
Das Weingut Deux Chevaux wurde im Jahr 2018 von Neemia Tialata und Camille Blanc in Ginestas im Languedoc gegründet. Die Entstehung des Betriebs basiert auf einer in Toulouse geschlossenen Freundschaft und dem gemeinsamen Wunsch, Weine nach eigenen Vorstellungen zu produzieren. Der Betrieb bewirtschaftet eine Rebfläche von 15 Hektar mit Lagen zwischen Ginestas, Canet d’Aude und Argeliers. Die Bewirtschaftung umfasst Reben, die in familiärer Hand traditionell per Hand gelesen wurden. Die Vinifikation erfolgt mit der Unterstützung von Genossenschaftskellereien für die AOC Corbières und die IGP Pays d’Oc.
Im eno-Verzeichnis sind 12 Weine erfasst, überwiegend aus Cabernet Sauvignon und Cinsault.
