Présentation du domaine
Le domaine Deux Chevaux a été fondé en 2018 par Neemia Tialata et Camille Blanc à Ginestas dans la région du Languedoc. La création de la cave découle d'une amitié nouée à Toulouse et d'un désir partagé de produire des vins reflétant leurs valeurs personnelles. Le domaine exploite 15 hectares de vignes situés entre Ginestas, Canet d’Aude et Argeliers. L'approche viticole comprend des vignes familiales traditionnellement vendangées à la main. La vinification est réalisée avec l'aide de caves coopératives pour les appellations AOC Corbières et IGP Pays d'Oc.
L'annuaire eno recense 12 vins, principalement issus de Cabernet Sauvignon et Cinsault.
