Lo storico Château de Parnay vanta una lunga storia che risale al Medioevo, plasmata in modo significativo da Antoine Cristal nel 1887. Dal dicembre 2006 la proprietà appartiene a Monsieur Vincenot, che ne porta avanti la gestione. Il vigneto si estende per 35 ettari all'interno della denominazione Saumur Champigny, caratterizzato da suoli argilloso-calcarei con presenza di tuffeau. Le vigne sono coltivate biologicamente con un profondo rispetto per l'ambiente e l'ecosistema circostante. Nelle cantine trogloditiche tradizionali, il team elabora vini distintivi, tra cui il rinomato Chenin Blanc del Clos d'Entre les Murs ed espressivi rossi a base di Cabernet Franc.
