Présentation du domaine
Le domaine Quila est une exploitation viticole certifiée biologique située à Neive, dans le Piémont, fondée en 2019. Les vignobles sont situés dans des zones comprenant Cossano Belbo dans les Langhe ainsi qu'une parcelle plantée en 1975 dans la région du Roero. Le portefeuille de cépages comprend le Nebbiolo, le Dolcetto, la Favorita, le Muscat of Canelli ainsi que de rares cépages historiques tels que le Moretto. La gamme comprend des styles expérimentaux, notamment du vin orange élevé en amphore, du muscat sec et un pét-nat. Le domaine est membre d'associations telles que la FIVI, Sorì Eroici et Aroma di un territorio.
L'annuaire eno recense 16 vins, principalement issus de Nebbiolo et Muscat.
