Über den Betrieb
Das Weingut Quila ist ein zertifizierter Biobetrieb mit Sitz in Neive im Piemont, der im Jahr 2019 gegründet wurde. Die Weinberge erstrecken sich über verschiedene Standorte wie Cossano Belbo in den Langhe sowie ein 1975 angelegtes Grundstück im Roero. Zum Rebsortenspektrum gehören unter anderem Nebbiolo, Dolcetto, Favorita, Muscat of Canelli sowie seltenere historische Sorten wie Moretto. Das Sortiment umfasst experimentelle Stile wie im Amphoren ausgebauten Orange Wine, trockenen Muskat und einen Pet-Nat. Der Betrieb ist Mitglied in Vereinigungen wie FIVI, Sorì Eroici und Aroma di un territorio.
Im eno-Verzeichnis sind 12 Weine erfasst, überwiegend aus Nebbiolo und Vermentino.
