Présentation du domaine
Le domaine I Ciacca est situé à Picinisco, dans le Latium, et produit du vin biologique, de l'huile d'olive et du miel à une altitude de 600 mètres dans les montagnes près des Abruzzes, du Molise et du Parc national du Latium. La vinification comprend une fermentation spontanée en cuves de béton et un élevage prolongé sur les peaux, suivi d'un repos supplémentaire en béton avant la mise en bouteille. La gamme comprend des vins sous les appellations Cabernet di Atina DOC et Lazio IGT. En plus de la viticulture, la propriété exploite un hôtel dans le centre historique de Picinisco et propose des visites de vignobles et des dégustations.
