Über den Betrieb
Das Weingut I Ciacca liegt in Picinisco im Latium und produziert auf 600 Metern Höhe in den Bergen nahe der Regionen Abruzzen, Molise und des Nationalparks Latium biologischen Wein sowie Olivenöl und Honig. Die Vinifikation erfolgt mit spontaner Gärung in Betontanks und einer längeren Reifung auf den Schalen, bevor der Wein nach einer mehrmonatigen Ruhephase in Flaschen abgefüllt wird. Das Sortiment umfasst Weine der Herkunftsbezeichnungen Cabernet di Atina DOC und Lazio IGT. Neben dem Weinbau betreibt der Betrieb ein Hotel im historischen Ortskern von Picinisco und bietet Weinverkostungen an.
