Présentation du domaine
Le domaine Domaine Servin s'appuie sur une longue tradition viticole, la famille Servin ancrant ses racines dans les vignobles dès 1654 et sur plus de sept générations. S'étendant sur 37,83 hectares de vignes dans les sites à flanc de coteau renommés de Chablis, la propriété compte parmi les plus grands producteurs-récoltants de la région. Le portefeuille englobe l'ensemble des appellations locales, comprenant Petit Chablis, Chablis, plusieurs Chablis 1er Cru et Chablis Grand Cru. La vinification traditionnelle est réalisée soit en fûts de chêne, soit en cuves en acier inoxydable afin de préserver le caractère distinctif des vins. Ces bouteilles sont exportées dans le monde entier et distribuées sur les marchés internationaux.

Aged in regular used barrels, two to three-years old mainly. More enticing than the Blanchots at the moment, with more delineation and mineralité, touches of wilted white flowers and an attractive leesy element.
