The Can Vallès estate is a historic property located in Sant Martí Sarroca with records dating back to 1486. The winery was founded following the marriage of Jeroni Vallès and Elionor Guerau, and the family name has been preserved across 22 generations to the present day. The agricultural land includes vineyards, olive trees, almond trees, and extensive pine and holm oak forests. Situated in the Penedès DO region, the estate has continuously adapted to changing times throughout its long history. The portfolio features wines such as XaXaXa, a name derived from the Xarel·lo and Chardonnay grape varieties.
