The Zelna Borászat winery aims to produce authentic site-specific wines that combine the character of the Balaton Uplands with respect for nature. Traditional and international grape varieties play a role in the vineyards and cellar, with Olaszrizling forming the heart of the region. Alongside this variety, Szürkebarát, Zweigelt, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and other varieties are also processed into varietal wines and blends. The estate combines viticulture with regional gastronomy and features a bistro as well as a guesthouse. The wines reflect the atmosphere of Lake Balaton and the producers' values.
