About the estate
The Petrányi Pince és Borterasz winery was founded in 2001 on the Szita-hegy in Csopak and is located in the Balatonfüred-Csopak wine region. Spanning five hectares of vineyards across several sites with distinct characters, the estate produces wines with a primary focus on Olaszrizling. The portfolio is complemented by limited quantities of Furmint, rosé, sparkling, and red wines. Soils defined by loess, marl, limestone, and dolomite shape the style of the wines, which are crafted under the direction of winemaker Ambrus Bakó.
The eno directory lists 12 wines, mostly from Welschriesling and Sárga Muskotály.
