The Hungarian winery Aranysörte Kézműves Borászat cultivates vineyards in the Balatonfüred-Csopak region, including sites such as Halom hegy and Becce dűlő. The soils are characterized by volcanic influences, basalt, calcareous clay, and marl. In viticulture, great emphasis is placed on maintaining the natural balance of the vines, with strict limitation of the yield per stock. The estate preserves historical heritage and maintains an experimental plantation with historic grape varieties that were already recorded before the phylloxera epidemic.
