Zámocké vinárstvo

About the estate

The Zámocké vinárstvo estate was founded in 1993 and manages 92 hectares of vineyards in the south of Slovakia, distributed across Dubník and Svodín. The vineyard soils consist of clay and loam with an optimal calcium content, and a substantial part of the grapes is harvested by hand. Processing takes place at the Pezinok Castle, where the wines mature in barrique barrels housed within medieval cellars. The portfolio includes white, rosé, and red wines produced under the Južnoslovenská and Malokarpatská denominations.

The eno directory lists 21 wines, mostly from Pinot Gris and Merlot. The estate sells to retail.
