The family-run organic wine estate Winzerhof Joh. Arnold is located in Iphofen and cultivates ten hectares of vineyards. The winery is run by Johannes Arnold, who completed his training at locations including the Kaiserstuhl, together with his wife Claudia and senior manager Anita Arnold. In the vineyard, the estate focuses on a careful approach to nature, avoiding mineral fertilizers and herbicides while maintaining full-surface greening. In the cellar, the wines receive individual treatment featuring temperature-controlled fermentation, extended lees aging, and gentle filtration. Bottling takes place no earlier than February or March, whereas red wines are produced through traditional mash fermentation and matured in wooden barrels.
