The Winninger Sektmanufaktur C-Kloss estate was founded in 1988 by Wolfgang von Canal after completing his studies at the Geisenheim University of Applied Sciences. Today, the winery in Winningen on the Moselle cultivates 2.4 hectares of vineyards. Cultivation focuses 95 percent on Riesling, supplemented by Pinot Noir and the Voltis variety. The cellar is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, which is used for both the estate's own products and custom sparkling wine production. Operations are supported by a versatile team of employees.
