About the estate

The Wimberger estate looks back on a history that began in Kleinweikersdorf in 1813. Meanwhile, the sixth generation manages the winery in the Weinviertel region and shapes the style of the wines. The portfolio spans 16 different grape varieties, from which white, red, and secco wines are produced. Red varieties include Zweigelt, Blauburger, St-Laurent, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Rathay. The winery operates resource-efficiently as part of the Nachhaltig Austria certification.

The eno directory lists 22 wines, mostly from Grüner Veltliner and Zweigelt.
