About the estate

The Wijndomein Dappersveld-Woestijn estate was founded in 2013 in the gently rolling Pajottenland southwest of Brussels and is operated by the Geyssens and Dehandschutter families. Spanning six hectares of vineyards across the municipalities of Pepingen, Gooik, and Roosdaal, the winery cultivates various Vitis vinifera grape varieties such as Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Auxerrois, Riesling, and Gamay. In both the vineyard and the cellar, the producers follow the lutte raisonnée principle to ensure a natural approach to winemaking. Alongside still wines, the production focus centers on sparkling wines as well as a unique co-fermentation product with lambic beer known as Vineuze.

The eno directory lists 2 wines.
