About the estate
The foundation of the Weszeli estate in Langenlois, Kamptal, was laid in 1679, with viticulture initially playing a minor role historically. Today, the winery cultivates just under 30 hectares of vineyards according to biodynamic principles. The focus is on the traditional grape varieties Grüner Veltliner and Riesling, which thrive on the plains and terraces around Langenlois. Vinification is carried out using wild yeasts, encompassing both still wines and traditionally crafted sparkling wines such as Pét Nats.
