About the estate

The family-run Weinhaus Schramm, Rheingrafenhof estate is located in the heart of the Rheinhessen wine-growing region and is currently managed in the third generation. The origin of the estate's name dates back to the relocation from the old center of Ober-Saulheim and references the Rheingrafenberg vineyard site. In the Saulheim and Wörrstadt districts, the winery cultivates a broad range of classic grape varieties as well as fungus-resistant PIWI varieties, with white and red grapes balanced in equal measure. From the vine to the bottle, a traditional and down-to-earth approach is central to producing wines ranging from dry to sweet. Cellar operations utilize modern technology to preserve the quality achieved in the vineyards.
