The Weinhaus Carl Adelseck GmbH is a traditional family estate based in Münster-Sarmsheim in the Nahe region, with a family history in winemaking that can be traced back to the 11th century. Today, the winery is managed in the fifth generation by Carl Martin Adelseck, who is supported by his parents. The estate's vineyards are located in top sites along the Nahe, producing wines across a cultivation area of twelve hectares. The core philosophy centers on respect for the individuality of the soils and the personality of the grape varieties. Through close-to-nature cultivation in southern exposures and on weathered red rock, the estate produces both full-bodied red and white wines as well as refined Rieslings.
