About the estate
The Weingut Tauber estate was founded in 2013 by Richard Tauber in Bressanone in South Tyrol. The family cultivates five steep terraced vineyards at an altitude of 700 meters with the grape varieties Sylvaner, Kerner, and Riesling. The vines are tended by hand across parcels that feature diverse soil properties and microclimates. In the cellar, the grapes undergo gentle pressing followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks and aging on the fine lees. The Alto Adige DOC portfolio comprises characteristic white wines.
