About the estate
The Probsthof estate cultivates eleven hectares of vineyards in the locations of Haardt, Neustadt, Gimmeldingen, Mussbach, Wachenheim, and Forst in the Palatinate region. Farming is carried out according to the guidelines for controlled environmentally friendly viticulture. The Mediterranean climate on the slopes of the Palatinate Forest provides the conditions for grape cultivation. For top wines, harvesting is done by hand through selective picking, followed by gentle whole-cluster pressing. In addition to white, red, and rosé wines, the portfolio also includes sparkling wine, Secco, distillates, and liqueurs.
