About the estate

The Weingut Molitor estate cultivates 5.2 hectares of vineyards in Minheim on the Mosel and is dedicated to producing Riesling and Pinot Noir. The winery relies on old vines, naturally low yields, selective harvesting into small picking crates, and gentle grape processing. The winemaking process avoids modern technology and fining, focusing instead on spontaneous fermentation and extended lees aging. The portfolio includes classic Riesling wines in dry to noble sweet styles as well as Pinot Noir red wines produced through traditional mash fermentation. The wines enjoy a strong international presence in high-end gastronomy.
