About the estate

The Klaus Meierer winery is based in Kesten on the Moselle and focuses on the intensive cultivation of steep slate vineyards. Important sites of the estate include the Paulinsberg and the historic Paulinshofberg. The vineyard management is carried out with great labor intensity with the aim of producing wines with an independent character and regional origin. At the center of the portfolio is Riesling, which is vinified in dry and noble sweet styles. The wine cellar was driven directly into the rock of the local mountain by the ancestors.
