About the estate

The Höffner winery is located on the Southern Wine Route in the Palatinate and operates as a family business that independently cultivates its vineyards and markets its bottled wine. Quality management begins in the vineyard through targeted winter pruning and continuous cultivation of the vines until harvest. The grapes are left to ripen on the vine for a long period until sugar, acidity, aromas, and maturity are in optimal balance. Harvesting focuses exclusively on ripe and healthy fruit, which is transported and processed with care. While white grapes are handled gently, red grapes undergo a traditional maceration process before being aged in stainless steel tanks.
