About the estate
The Gundolf winery was founded in 2022 by Katherine and Carole in Enzersfeld in the Weinviertel region. The founders have no inherited land or family tradition in winemaking. Wines with the Weinviertel DAC designation are produced through biodynamic cultivation with minimal interventions. The vineyards are worked manually with full respect for living nature. Operations are carried out sustainably, responding with humility to the characteristics of each vintage.
