About the estate

The Griesserhof estate looks back on a long tradition, first documented in the 14th century in records from the Neustift monastery. The property is situated on the Golser hill in Vahrn and marks the beginning of South Tyrol's winegrowing culture when arriving from the north. Managed by the Paul Huber family, the listed historic ensemble combines traditional viticulture with modern elements. The winemakers produce their wines within the Alto Adige DOC designation. In addition to winemaking, the farm also offers holiday apartments in a converted historic barn.
